“The Yours, Mine, Away! Podcast” is the first original podcast to be produced out of Kimura Performance Studios. Guests have included the likes of one of the largest UK YouTubers Thogden, top comedian Lloyd Griffith, Arsenal and England goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale, Southampton and England goalkeeper Alex McCarthy and more. Recently, “The Yours, Mine, Away! Podcast” had popular golfing YouTuber and huge football fan Andy Carter on as a guest. This created a great opportunity for “The Yours, Mine, Away! Podcast” to work with world-leading gaming company 2k for the latest release of their very popular golf game series PGA Tour 2K23.
Outcome
In September 2022, “The Yours, Mine, Away! Podcast” visited the Royal Ascot Golf Club where Mark Howard and Andy Carter played a round of golf together for Andy Carter’s YouTube channel before recording Andy’s episode on the podcast. After the podcast shoot, Andy Carter and “The Yours, Mine, Away! Podcast” host Mark Howard played 9 holes of PGA Tour 2K23 using goalkeeper gloves to promote the game and activate the integration. The ad for PGA Tour 2K23 was also played at the start of both Andy Carter’s and Arsenal goalkeeper and keen golf fan Aaron Ramsdale’s episodes.
